The advanced version of how the wrist moves. Notice how much wrist the pros use when they hit the ball. A couple key things to note: -Generally the wrist will start before you make contact with the ball. -Move the wrist over the top of the ball (make a roof over the ball) -Use as much wrist as you possibly can (we recommend the wrist move about 270 degrees or about a 3/4ths turn.
